NaBloPoMo is over

As soon as I hit 'publish' on this post, I will have kicked NaBloPoMo's butt for the second year running. It wasn't hard (and bear in mind I'd been posting daily for about two weeks before the start of November). I'm a blogging machine!

Hello! My name is Jayne. I started Gleeful when I was feeling glum to encourage myself to look for and celebrate the little joys in life. It's an exercise in mindfulness and gratitude - and it's worked pretty well. I do it without thinking now.
